As we approach the close of another year, I want to extend my warmest wishes for a joyful holiday season and a very Merry Christmas. This season always reminds us how fortunate we are to belong to a community that celebrates not only our work, but also the camaraderie and traditions that bring us together.

Over the past several weeks, our chapters have been embracing the holiday spirit in their own unique ways—and it has been wonderful to watch. From one chapter planning a festive visit from Santa, to another gathering over freshly steamed oysters, to the chapter which fired up the grill for a holiday BBQ, each celebration reflects the personality and pride of our members. The variety of traditions highlights what makes our organization so special: no matter how we celebrate, we do it with enthusiasm, warmth, and a sense of belonging.

I was grateful to attend my own chapter’s holiday party, which was a tremendous success. Spending time with friends who feel more like family served as a reminder of the strong bonds we’ve built across our industry. Moments like these show that our organization is not just a network—it’s a community.

As we look toward the new year, I hope each of you enjoys a season filled with peace, joy, and meaningful time with loved ones. Thank you for your continued dedication and for making our organization vibrant, connected, and resilient. I’m excited for all we will accomplish together in the coming year.

Wishing you a wonderful holiday season and a prosperous New Year.
