Florida Water Star Accredited Professional Training

Overview:  Plan to become a Florida Water Star Accredited Professional by attending this in-person class.  This class is required to sit for the FWS-AP exams in landscape and irrigation.

Where:  SWFWMD Tampa Service Center, Building 1, Room 1013, 7601 US Hwy 301, Tampa, FL 33637

When: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2026

Testing:  Online after completion of the class. The exam is active for four weeks following the class once you register for the exam.

Training Cost: $50 per person, includes lunch (a $150 value)

Testing Cost:  Optional FWS Exam fee is $50 for FNGLA members and $60 for nonmembers. Exam Application can be purchased separately here.

CEUs:  FNGLA Certified Professionals, FWS-APs and Inspectors earn 6 CEUs.
