Background: Starting in 2016, FNGLA's Outstanding Chapter President Award & Outstanding Chapter Secretary/Treasurer Award merged and expanded to create the FNGLA Outstanding Chapter Leader Award.
Criteria: This award is presented to an individual who serves in an active and beneficial role at the local chapter level. The person may be a chapter officer, but that is not required to receive the award. This person makes a difference in the success of his/her local chapter with his/her leadership, enthusiasm, time and talent.
