NOTE: THIS MULTI-SESSION CLASS RUNS FROM JUNE 4 - JULY 16, 2019. 

The Protecting Florida’s Resources program provides municipal and industry professionals with training in Florida-Friendly LandscapingTM Best Management Practices and related topics applicable to their work.

CEU’s will be offered for most sessions. This year, Green Industry Best Management Practices (GI-BMP) modules will be offered throughout the summer. Completion of the modules is the first step toward obtaining a commercial urban fertilizer applicator license.

Location:

Sessions are held at Indian Riverside Park, Frances Langford Dockside Pavilion (1707 NE Indian River Drive, Jensen Beach), with the following exceptions:

  • the June 25th session will be held at Jensen Beach Elementary (2525 NE Savannah Road, Jensen Beach)

  • The July 16th session will be held at Halpatiokee Regional Park (8303 SW Lost River Road
    Stuart, Florida 34997
    )

Registration:

Municipal Employees – Registration not required

Industry Professional – Advance registration required via Eventbrite; $20 per day
